Grades K-5 with an adult. Partner up with your child for a relaxing yoga class. Please bring your own yoga mat and water.

Grades K-5 with an adult. Register the child only. Partner up with your child for a relaxing yoga class designed to help your child discover their "superpower" of regulating their own emotions and calming their bodies through movement and breath.

Bring your own yoga mat or towel. 

All participants must be at least 5 years old. Siblings outside of the designated age range are not allowed to attend for safety reasons.
