Bookmarkers Book Discussion

This adult discussion group meets the fourth Tuesday of every month, except December. Books may be picked up at the Public Services Desk, first floor, a month before discussion date.

Willa Cather's moving portrait of an orphan boy and immigrant girl who find hardship and love on the American prairie will be the subject of this discussion as part of the library's Big Read project.

Catcher in the Rye, by J. D. Salinger

Salinger's classic coming-of-age story portrays one young man's funny and poignant experiences with life, love and sex.  Knowing he is about to be dropped by his school, he spends three days and nights in New York City.
