Tax forms are available on the second floor. The IRS has decided to send very few forms out in paper to libraries and citizens. We will put them out as we receive them and once they are gone we will print one set of forms for free per person.
- If you need the instruction booklets for the 1040, 1040A and 1040EZ in paper form we have a master set that may be copied for $.10 per page.

- United Way has partnered with H&R Block to offer free state and federal filing to families who made less than $66,000 in 2017. For more information and to get started, visit MyFreeTaxes.com. MyFreeTaxes also offers free, unlimited, personalized real-time chat and phone support in English and Spanish from IRS-certified specialists. Voluneer tax preparers from AARP will be available by appointment in the library to assist community members with their tax return. This service is free and available to anyone, and is specifically designed for people over 50. AARP will prepare and file the return with the IRS and the state of Illinois.
